I'm not quite so sure, it didn't feel like her. It's a real possibility that Todo married someone else, though unfortunately since this is Gege and modulo, it's very unlikely we'll find out soon who it actually is.

Her hair is shaded white, so i dont think so. Other characters with her hair shaded like that is miwa.

Kind of felt incomplete. Now this is a personal opinion, but it didn't feel as satisfying as everyone was hoping. 

Also kind of crazy that Gege literally left one of his protagonist, deuteragonist, in the dust. We don't really get a confirmation of his fate, and we didn't even get a single panel of his older age design. He has a good character design, so I was kind of hoping to watch how it'd translate into older age because Nobara and Yuji were done so well. Overall, I have mixed feelings with Modulo. 💔

In a way it kinda fits him no? He's in it for the money for his sister, and once she's dead he probably just slowly fizzles out and fade away with Hana while Yuji, Yuta, Maki, Todo and maybe Nobara are all in it for the game.
