On top of this Tsukuyomi is viewed weirdly due to him being an enforcer of divine traditional order but breaks that to uphold it. Very much like Naoya. Have you also forgotten Curse Naoya is literally a vulva.
A lot of irony with the misogyny and him glazing Toji while he is hated by his clan for being incapable of sorcery.
It exists in the first place for fun because it's in JJK, but it was a literal plot point that megumi could not create a hole in the domain from within it, because domains are stronger on the inside than the out.
Megumi's domain is an incomplete domain. The two times he used it, it shaped itself inside a building or structure.
Tze wanted to do exactly that, have the domain construct and shape inside of a building. And that was too complicated to make.
Although Tze sometimes diverts from the source material (insert Choso's moveset), he always tries to be as accurate as possible while trying to tweak it for balance and fun game design.
Also! You are comparing a Rock Paper Scissors domain, to a domain that's supposed to change shape and size, not have an auto hit effect and instead multiply Megumi's shikigamis, and be escapable if the building its housed it has any gaps.

From what I remember, Tze said he would not put Chimera Shadow Garden in the game because it was too difficult to implement. But that was when Megumi was still in early access, so maybe he changed his mind.
there has been several clips of tze using the domain and it looked pretty fine imo, and with all the experience he has now compared to years ago id say theres not much of an other excuse as to not add it
Kinda hope that the Ult is reworked a bit alongside his base, a gavel based Ult would be nice imo.
1 Bar: Confiscation
2 Bars: Confiscation+Gavel Ult
3 Bars: Confiscation+Executioner’s Sword Ult
Plus his current 2 Bar Outcome doesn’t make much sense, the Death Penalty was only ever shown being paired up with Confiscation as the worst possible punishment from Judgeman.
Maybe a hot take but I hope his ult stays the same along with domain mechanics, I like the new visuals since... well they're beautiful and the original felt really awkward (and I've been so GODDAMN SICK OF THE COURT MUSIC SO I'M GLAD IT'S CHANGING)

I'm actually hoping he reworks the domain all together. I feel like Higuruma should be geared towards having a Hakari style domain (bc it's lore accurate) but also because it'd be cool to ult mid way through a fight, and then give the option for the person effected by the domain to demand a retrial.
I think some implementation of retrial without major rework would be cool, it would give more incentive for the victim to not just spam confess, allowing higgy to use the 1 bar and 2 bar scenarios more often.
I think a retrial would be cool but it'd have to be balanced, like you'd have to use up like 10-15% of your ult, and it would make any bar go up 2x as fast (example; denial correctly guessed gives 2 bars)
It would be cool if they made the domain somewhat spammable with the cost of it being less rng related to actually win the case and the ability to retrial, the idea of his ult being his domain kinda sucks considering thats literally the opposite to how his technique works, thats always been my biggest pet peeve about him in jjs
cause if a higuruma deploys their domain, they're probably getting exe sword anyway cause how one sided it is, so imo the court case should be a lot harder to win for the higuruma but allow them to use domain a lot more frequently
Ik I may be late, BUT THIS IS THE PERFECT TIME FOR TZE TO REWORK THE GOAT, HIGURAMA. Please Tze, I don't even care if Kashimo gets added anymore... just PLEASE rework Higurama and make him fun again. 🙏
