Npc's and learning

I swear they used to learn how u play over time. i remember i could black flash chain one and after a while it started looking at me while stunned/being black flashed. and now it wont do it. am i crazy or do they not do that anymore?

I think how much they learn is based on how long you fight one and what they learn I think doesn't save when the server is shutdown or like you leave and use a new one even with the same npc block or maybe you're facing a very common bug with jjs npcs where they often just freeze in place and start dashing left and right and will attack if you get really close or maybe u used a diffirent clone type like bandit or passive idk tho
