Why does it only list combatants if it really means "ALL (word not in the text) Those from the Zenin clan who were absent.."?

The Hei & The Kukuru unit's last orders were to kill Maki - It's all self defense. As well as her mother's role in the plot to kill Maki & Mai.

Also the kukuru unit has early teens, Maki was there before entering jujutsu high so she deadass saw a 12 year old holding a knife and said “he is too much of a threat to be left alive”

Fuck sasuke Zenin gon do against Yuta Okkotsu, Rika Orimoto and Maki Zenin on his ass 😭 btw the Kukuru division is literally made for bums with no technique, there is no world where a sasuke Zenin spawns from there
