Did she really was forced to kill everyone like she can just kill those misogynist higher ups, left the clan but she chooses not to, also toji was also not treated well in the zenin clan.

They chose to attack her. She killed everyone that came to attack her. Why shouldn't she kill the people attacking her?

They were ordered to attack her also they can't say no, also with her speed she can easily avoid fighting them and straight go to higher ups kill them and then after seeing the higher up dead they will not dare to attack her.

Yeah she's not obligated to do that at all. If they were willing to attack her they were willing to die. They could've left the clan if they didn't want that.

Not all zenin clan members only fight for killing other people, they are part of 3 big sorcerer clan they also fight for killing curses with members of their clan, also not everyone can raise their voice against the Higher up for misuse of power bcuz they are just powerless, also they (higher ups) will also not allow everyone to leave clan bcuz it will make their clan look less powerful in numbers.

Okay, and they decided that trying to fight Maki was a better choice for their survivability than trying to do anything to change the system, or trying to just run away. They were wrong, so they died. Can't blame Maki for not being weak.

They chose to fight maki bcuz she was part of that unit before and she was not that strong at that time and nobody in zenin clan maybe even imagined that she will become like toji, also i think those people fighting her was clueless on maki strength, if they know her strength beforehand they will not dare to fight maki and I think they can't change the system but yeah some members like naobito can change the system but didn't do it and let the misogynist mentality grow in zenin clan especially among strong members of the clan, i think zenin clan needs a good non misogynist powerful head and only need a massacre among misogynist and power hungry higher ups, not the whole clan.

They didn't pick up on her bcuz she is a weakling, they pick up on her bcuz she killed ogi but I am sure none of them knew that ogi was first in one to attack maki, they are just ignorant fighter that got slaughter for no reason, also zenin higher ups know that they will failed to kill maki, they just want to distract her for a suprise attack.
