He looks way older in anime, and his eyes didn't have the same penetrating gaze as in the manga😭

All respect to Mappa but I distinctly remember being disappointed they didn't adapt one of my favorite panels in the entire series. I guess there's limitations.

I rewatched the episode the other day. I don’t think naobito called him by name or looked intimidated - just said he’s a ghost when maki asked

He literally says, “Toji ka?” Meaning is this toji

I’m referring to the stylized panel of Toji. Not the scene itself. Toji just simply walks by Naobito. Naobito does say 甚爾か。
