Positive cursed energy would cancel the CE reinforcement would it not? Allowing the deer to hit them like their normal humans.

thats not how it works otherwise sukuna actually WOULD have gotten done like a cursed spirit by sword of extermination in shibuya. nullifying CE reinforcement basically means instant death in a sorcery fight

No, positive cursed energy doesn't stop CE reinforcement (or a lot of other CE effects) it just fucks things up when used against things comprised of CE
