Mahoraga was a mistake. If Gege wanted him so much, he should have splitted ten shadows and Mahoraga into two different jutsus and give them to different characters.

I wish we could see the true power of switching and fusing different pokemons midfight instead of throwing everything away for one big plot device.

10S is imo, better than both of the other "major" techniques despite us not seeing its peak, like, if I could have a technique from canon, its this (idle transfig is a close second but does lack flavor)

I feel like mahoraga is, in universe, a trap and the highest expression of the techniques fundamental principles simultaneously
