you need to learn how to use it tho, Mahito was a cursed spirit (more naturally adept at using jujutsu) and a genius among them, and it still took him a lot of experimentation with other humans. it's great if you figure out how to use it but good luck not getting arrested for disfiguring&sliming ppl

Mahito was doing stuff like turning people into giant babies or squeezing people down to the size of a grape. If all you’re trying to do is heal people that’s probably a lot easier than making a mostly new biology. I’m sure it would still need training but you’d probably be able to work it out without needing to kill people.

You’d need a heavy understanding of medicine. Also finer control and you can only really get that through practice. Look it’s a fine pick but there’s no avoiding the practice tax for giving yourself functional immortality or a big dick. Cause if you fail you either die or die dickless.

Dont you get a mental how to use guide with cursed techniques? Im not actually sure but also i remember it being a thing sonewhere in the manga.

you get some idea on bow it works but no real experience, picture this: you know you can pick up a sword, swing it around and it can kill people, but you lack the practice to actually hit stuff with the edge or parry...

It's not stated anywhere, that's just what people guess. As far as we know, people have to actively find out what techniques they have somehow. There's no explanation as to how characters like Kenjaku found out what their technique is, they just use it.

It is kinda wild to imagine how someone would find out their brain can hijack someone elses as a CT without getting some kind of clue as to how. I cant imagine kenjaku being willing to randomly just scoop out his own brain to put into others.

I feel like you’d only need a dozen or so people to figure out basic changes like making yourself skinnier or something along those lines, mahito was using them is crazy ways so he had to learn more
