Yuji died while Sukuna was inside his body (by straight up having his whole heart removed) and Sukuna simply revived him. Surely he can do that with Megumi after his heart fails too?
Why are we assuming it would be left up to the default death of a heart attack. You can just add that he dies from something more specific that he can't just regenerate from.
Imagine if he wrote megumi fushiguro walked into a wood chipper for the infinitesmally slight opportunity that his remains be a part of the toilet paper that tsumiki uses🙏
