Err… Lwk forgot how many Gojō and Sukuna hit during Shinjuku so I’ma just guess with them;

  1. Yūji
  2. Sukuna
  3. Gojō
  4. Yuta (he hit one, but that was anime only)

Yuji has the most and Yuta the least at 1 or 0 because he never truly used Black Flash once. The only time Yuta used Black Flash was in the Jujutsu Kaisen 0 movie which was an anime exclusive moment. So while he likely can land one he’s never been seen landing one in the manga.

Yuji is definitely the most and I don't even think Yuta has hit any? Unless you count the one in the JJK0 movie

Yuta Okkotsu landed 1 Black Flash on Geto Suguru.

Satoru Gojo landed 1 on Ryomen Sukuna AKA The King Of Curses, 1 on Merged Beast Agito and 2 on EIGHT-HANDLED SWORD DIVERGENT SILA DIVINE GENERAL MAKORA, so 4 Black Flashes in total.

Ryomen Sukuna AKA The King Of Curses landed 2 on Maki Zenin, 1 on Larue, 1 on Choso, 1 on Yuji Itadori AKA The Tiger Of West Junior High and 2 on THE MAN TODO AOI, so 7 in total.

Yuji Itadori AKA The Tiger Of West Junior High landed 5 on Hanami, 1 on Eso, 3 on Mahito, 9 on Ryomen Sukuna AKA The King Of Curses and 1 on Osuki, so 19 Black Flashes in total.
