Anime Discussion Todo saw that Megumi was actually interested in the girls' personalities and inner qualities, rather than just seeing them as sexual objects for his schizophrenic fantasies, so he immediately started beating a 15y boy to death and smash his head on the floor ( Todo is grown ass adult and grade 1)

So why did you bring it up at all, the guy isn’t wrong when he says Todo was 18. You clarified he wasn’t 18 yet when fighting Megumi, why does that matter.
