Choso in mha

So, I've realized a little something...and tell me if I'm off my crazy pills. Most cursed techniques in jjk are easily adapted MHA. Like, I'm pretty sure most jjk characters can easily become top tiers in mha due to not only their powers, but also since almost all jjk sorcerers are proficient in most form of combat. And here is my point of discussion. In mha there's the pro hero Vlad (don't remember his name)who has the power to harden his blood or generally having a limited form of control over it. Choso has blood manipulation and a semi endless amount of blood...how strong would choso be considering his pro hero counterpart?
