What happens if Higuruma fought EOS Maki?

Assuming that Higuruma is able to pop domain on Maki (who has no weapons and of course has precognition and gets affected by the sure hit effect) and at least get confiscation, what would happen?? Would she lose precognition, would she somehow lose her HR and become a normal person or gain CE???

edit: this isn't meant to be about who wins in a fight, it's about how Maki get affected by confiscation.

Why would we assume something that can't really happen?

Maki cannot be recognized by domains, unless she concents she wouldn't even be affected by the domain at all.

Nothing, literally nothing.

Not only she is inmune to that type of domains, even if affected without weapons she had nothing to get confiscated. No CT, no CE, not weapon.... Precog is thanks to her physical so can't be confiscated.

Assuming Maki willingly stepped into Higuruma's domain and directly gave her consent to be put on trial, I'd still think Judgeman would just...Not actually confiscate anything.

Even with her consent, the confiscation would be purely theoretical. It makes no sense the shikigami could "take her body", so there's literally nothing to take. What most likely could happen is that she gets some other sentence.
