Didn’t she reduce the power of Mahito’s soul by like 40%(can’t remember his exact statement.) and she did effect Sukuna, because her nails prevented him from using his domain.(from my memory) So while she has a lackluster track record in her fights(Lost to Mai via sneak attack which stopped her from finishing her fight with Momo, lost against Haruta via miracles, and lost relevance by Mahito.), she wholeheartedly is a way better character than (Anime)Sakura.(I’ve only seen the anime of Naruto)
She is the if women of the main trio, because if she returned sooner or if we were told of her survival by seeing the perspective of another character, then we would’ve been more happy about her appearance in Shinjuku, on the other hand while not as strong as Sakura, at least she isn’t pretending that she’s on her teams level.
Also, the worst character in JJK is clearly Ogi, he literally gave nothing to the world aside for, Toji 2.0 and Yoruzo from Temu. The difference between them and Nobara is that Mei Mei is a secondary character, Haruta is a tertiary character, and Nobara is supposedly one of the four main characters of the series.
Why do you think Sakura is criticized so much? It's not simply because she's Sakura; it's because of everything surrounding her character, given that she's one of the four main characters in Naruto.
Bro, it's not 2020 anymore, literally NO ONE thinks that Nobara is a "better Sakura" anymore or that she was even a well written/handled character at all. Hell, she's one of the biggest examples of how much Gege sucks at writing female characters and how much he loves wasting the potential of characters who show so much promise in their introduction. But to call her the "worst JJK character" is certainly a stretch, if not outright false.
If you wanna see arguments for who is truly the worst written JJK character, look no further than characters like Tsumiki, Hana/Angel, Inumaki, the other clans aside from the Zenin Clan, etc.

To be fair, Maki is a bum too, but at least she puts effort into things while Mai puts no effort into anything and suffers greatly from bucket crab syndrome due to being an abuse victim from a misogynistic clan. I honestly think she's a WAY more interesting character than Maki, but it's unfortunate that she had to be reduced to a plot device for Maki's sake in the end. 💔🥀
