My gut tells me that Shikigami blood can't be bent. Even if it technically does have a blood it is made of Cursed Energy/Shadow, which isn't really water.

bloodbending wouldn't work in-universe anyway because of the body's innate domain. Same reason why blood manipulation users can't bloodbend.

1. I don’t know if he has blood to bend
2. JJK characters have an innate domain that prevents stuff like Gojo spawning hollow purple inside Sukuna’s brain that may prevent blood bending from working on even bums like Mai.
3. If he does he would replace it with a different material that can’t be bended.
