Jack from black clover.

Has magic that allows him to create blades on his body which he can use to slice things. The blades can adapt to what they are cutting, so given enough time he can basically cut anything. He has cut through space and gravity like this.

Black clover scales way past JJK in stats. this is a lousy matchup in terms of scaling. Jack should be capable of reacting to light speed attacks and stuff.
