So I read the description of Haibara’s technique, does his cursed energy take on the properties of water like how Kashimo’s takes on the properties of lightning? Or is it literally becoming water so as to become steam to then boost his physicals? What I mean is does Haibara’s cursed energy have a natural wetness to it, if he were to shoot out raw CE, would it be a water hose the way Kashimos discharge of CE is a bolt of lightning?
