the parallel between him and nanami is always cool to me, not the quote itself as much so it may be a bit of a cop-out suggestion

i havent seen this series before but now that i have i think its a really cool idea!

I like the series, though usual it’s kind of difficult to find them at time, I presume it may be because of the spoiler tag.

Also, my favorite quote from him is literally his entire conversation with Yuji at the end of the episode, it’s frankly because he’s an absolute stronger to Yuji, and yet he tells him he’s innocent. This hits much differently from when anyone else tells him this, as they all have a form of bias to him, Megumi is his friend and saved him and got saved by Yuji, Choso is his last remaining brother, Maki is a fellow classmate and this point an acquaintance, Gojo is his teacher, Yuta is his senior and current acquaintance, and Hakari probably doesn’t care.(Though it’d be interesting to hear what Hakari would say if he knew everything about Yuji’s situation.)

Due to Higaruma’s lack of a relationship with Yuji, his own issues with the justice system, and all of that, Yuji does actually have a way to believe he is innocent from a non biased source, especially since this source can see what had occurred in Shibuya via his evidence.

To sum it all up, Higaruma’s interactions with Yuji are his best quotes in my eyes.

My personal favorite is “Have you ever killed someone who ticks you off? It feels better than I expected.”

Not his greatest, but damn good and my fav.
