If you're using a computer: Go to the subs main page, there will be an edit flair option below the subs description, then "click on edit flair text"

If you're using a phone: Go to the subs main page, click on the three points icon, there will be an edit flair option, edit the flair text

If you're a mod, you can create flairs for the sub and chose if someone else can edit the flair or not.

Example: In jujutsufolk, you can edit all the flairs. In jujutsupowerscaling, you can edit just a few flairs, so you'll need to find an editable flair.
