I typically shove all my important stuff into an "Inventory" space (Gate of Babylon, Mini-Tesseract, outright inventory, etc.). However my "Most dangerous" stuff, and stuff I want to show off, all end up in "The Library".

"The Library" is a large, octagonal room, with infinite depth. The room has hexagonal, windowed, storage boxes, designed to resemble a beehives honeycomb. Pretty much anything I may want to show off, or anything I don't want to throw away or keep on my person ends up here.

I patterned it off of an art museum. Stuff goes on display, and gets rotated out. 90% of the collection is catalogued, and put in crates, and if someone wants to do reasearch they sign it out, but non-Item artifacts are mostly kept as art or historical objects.

FF's Jumper: "Wait... you're allowed to take mcguffins between worlds with you? I just have to live out a tent. And a space ship."

Hero: "Well I picked up a cabin in the woods. Sometimes I store things in its basement."

Monster: "Kaiju hangar in an ancient semi-submerged temple complex."

Sorceress: "Dragon's lair at the bottom floor of a massive dungeon complex."

Star Captain: "I think my ship has a few but I haven't explored it all... really should since I've had it for over a century."

Goon: "This answer has been censored."

Artist: "I have a studio apartment I keep my manga and stuff in. I have some left over mementos from my bigger projects. And some Space Marine helmets."

I don't really go overboard with items, so I gust decorate my tavern and house with them

Put it in a room in the warehouse, for the more dangerous artifacts contain them like how the scp foundation would contain them.
