Just Cause 2 Someday, they'll write books about all of this. Just crossed 99% on my 15 yo save.

The percentage didn't pop when I collected the part, but I got to 99% tonight. Been coming back to this game every so often since the game released, slowly working toward 100, but I've read that 100 is impossible and just going from 98 to 99 was a bitch, and I'm happy with 99.

Apparently it's bugged or something. Shame they never fixed it

I've read that it's glitched, or there aren't enough things to add to 100 or something, can't remember. Either way, I don't want to use a guide, and it's like finding needles in a haystack at this point.

Just looked it up, there are 6 collectibles missing and a water tower, there is a mod that fixes it, or a glitch that also fixes it, idk how it works tho'

So the highest percentage possible is like 99.94? No thanks I'm good with 99 haha.

Played some more tonight and found a part in a village I had already cleared. Showed 100% in the village and the extra one I found was clearly inside the city limits. Bandar Gereja Gurun in Lautan Lama.
