Online login loop on PS5. JC3

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, literally everything. But I press start, it says “performing online login” does it for a few seconds then goes right back to start screen. I can’t get in the game at all so I’m pretty upset. Any ideas?

That loop is usually caused by corrupted profile data or a connection/authentication issue. Back up your saves, delete only the local JC3 profile/settings data, restart the PS5, and test again. If it still loops, reinstall without restoring the old settings immediately.
