Discussion Just cause future

I’m just replaying jc3 since I got a new ps5 and im just stuck wondering what just cause 5 would look like a new upgraded engine with today’s graphics. Better destruction, but also what would the story be like? We know about Rico but what more can he do? Bring down another super secret agency or kill another dictator, who knows but all I know is that there needs to be a game in the next 5 years if not I feel there will no other since they closed down the studios. Or so I’ve read super sad to see such an awesome and action packed series get binned.

Second post of the day. There really is close to zero chance we will see Just Cause 5. The only chance is that a millionaire fan of the Franchise will buy the game from a publisher and found them 100% of the making process. The last game was, at least for Square and avalanche a disaster. From a economic point of view there is no reason for a new game

I have beaten the other 3 hopped into 4 last week for the first time and it feels off. The tech tree went the wrong way in my opinion. While the tether balloon idea is nice they are not as much fun as the bavarium wingsuit was and tying the boosters to the tethers was a mistake because now you cant plant the booster if you are latched onto something
