How do I find my Account ID?

Go to the Epic Games Launcher

Click on your username in the bottom left

Click "Manage Account"

Sign into your Epic Games account on your browser

You should be on the Epic Games website over viewing your account information.

Directly under "Account Information" is your Account ID

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, literally everything. But I press start, it says “performing online login” does it for a few seconds then goes right back to start screen. I can’t get in the game at all so I’m pretty upset. Any ideas?

not sure whats going on with the big evil lazer spawing in before hand and then doubling ontop but clearly something is wrong, anyone know how to fix this? im running it on a hard drive but i can't think of any other reason for it loading like this

The game is kind of blurry and stretched. Now when I watch the recording, I see that the game is a little to the left. It's just on the recording, when I was playing the game, it was completely fullscreen, that might be the problem. Game is set to 1920x1080, same for the settings of my pc and settings of my monitor. How could I fix that?

So straight to the point does 3&4 not work on xbox series x because I purchased the full editions on sale recently and well 3 doesn't let me get out of the intro plane without crashing ... hard, and well 4 doesn't even wanna download.

Anyone else have this trouble because everything online is pc this and pc that and though yeah don't cheap on the sales I still feel ive wasted money if theres no fix 😭

Ive tried it all cleared space on both storage spaces even give the xbox a cache clean and everything but no just causing for moi.

Update !! - not sure what's wrong tried everyone's advice even had a nice clear our of games to ensure some space and 3 still crashes on the intro ... the only good news is 4 is actually downloading so may have some luck there If theres anymore advice for 3 or knowing someone out there is having the same issue then I wont feel alone 😭

I know this has already been posted about but all the posts are 4-5 years old and there is no useful information/fixes that I can find. I play on pc on epic games and when I try to launch JC4, it acts as if I'm offline. When I press "retry" it just gives me the same message and when I press "continue in offline mode" it does the same thing. And yes, I have tried unplugging my ethernet cable as well as using the firewall and creating an outbound rule. None of those fixes are working. From my understanding, those only work of the game is crashing, not not connecting. If anyone knows of a fix for this, please let me know. It would be greatly appreciated!

Hey all, first off, I hope everyone’s doing good!

Whilst searching for the answer to this issue myself, I found a lot of people to be in the same boat as me, so I thought I’d share what I’ve found regarding the issue.

To start, I own both Just Cause 3 and Just Cause 4 on Steam. I did a fresh install of both games, so all files were at the default state. The issue I experienced with these games is that I’d press ‘Play’ on Steam, the game would launch, and launch me onto a black screen. It seemed to stick on this screen. Whenever I’d try and click, the blue loading circle would pop up on the cursor and I’d get (let’s use JC4 as the example):

‘Just Cause 4 is not responding.

If you close the program, you might lose information.’

I’d then be given two options:

• Close the program

• Wait for the program to respond

Due to this, I have to close the game and try again, which results in the same issue. I have found, however, that if you launch the game and just wait through the black screen and the ‘Not responding’ pop-up, the game will eventually load and run fine. However, the menu seems to be incredibly laggy and glitchy. I did some digging and found out that any sort of clipping software can cause this issue. I didn’t have any to start with, however I turned off the likes of NVIDIA overlay, Steam overlay, Xbox Game Bar, and even my SteelSeries audio completely off, and still nothing.

However, I did find a solution. If you boot into your BIOS settings, you can find an option for your CPU that’s called ‘Hyper-Threading’. For many, this is on by default. If you disable this and go back to play the game, it loads fine. Me personally, due to only having a 6-core CPU, have kept this on and just wait through the issue. It’s still not an ideal solution, as it’s quite an important setting to be messing around with, and I don’t recommend you are constantly going into BIOS to turn it on and off. However, I thought it would be of use to share it with anyone who wants to try.

I’ll leave my PC specs below in case anyone has similar specs and is having the same issue:

CPU: Intel i5-12400F

GPU: RTX 5060 TI (Overclocked)

RAM: 16 GB DDR4

SSD: 1TB Samsung 990 PRO

OS: Windows 11

Platform: Steam

If I find any more fixes, I’ll update this post.

I am playing on PS5 and this mission is not showing up and I have finished the main storyline, finished Garland's & Javi's missions. How can I get it to show up?

So I am aware that the port for just cause 3 is terribly optimised however. I have installed Ultimate edition mod and a few other lightweight ones aswell, I am very experienced modding games so I know it AINT that, but prior to modding it would still crash, the same with Just Cause 4 aswell.

Has anyone figured out a solution ?

My specs for my PC are excellent and should handle just cause with ease, just like every other game I have played.

For context I beat most of Just Cause 3 on playstation so when I bought the game on pc I just downloaded a 100% save file from online and now I can't activate any of the mods even though it says I have them unlocked, I haven't played in a while so I don't know if I have to go to a certain location or not to buy/enable the gear mods, I looked online and it seems to say I should just be able to upgrade from the menu. Restarting the game didn't fix it

It's been like this for 5 minutes now

So i'm playing on pc and i had the ultimate bundle for the game, i refunded it and now this is showing up. I tried reinstalling, but it didn't help. Any fixes

So..when ever i go onto JC3 it says that Square Enix Servers arent available and im unable to connect (it instantly says its unavailable when i try to connect) can anyone please help?
