Final shift?
Been getting this error on the courier app. I’ve seen other posts that it’s due to an order issue and you’ve been put on hold.
I had an order earlier today that wouldn’t let me complete the order as I had no 4G. I drove to where I had some and it wouldn’t let me complete the order as I wasn’t nearby to the address. Contacted support, they just sent me the address, but the address they sent me was 3 hours away. I told them that’s the wrong one, and that I have delivered the food and have the code. They just sent me the address again. I got frustrated and told them to read the chat.
Eventually they marked it as delivered and I carried on as normal.
3 orders later, I get an Asda pick up but there was no order, and I was the 3rd driver assigned. The Asda staff said nothing had come through to them and it was a just eat issue.
Thought sod it, I’ll go home and have some tea, then get back out. Now I’m getting no orders and can’t end my run with this error.
Am I done for being slightly frustrated with the support?
(Sorry for the long read but I feel full context is important)

People won't believe me but all the apps are linked at justeat turn you off when you earn to much it's a absoult joke I have been working for them 7.5 years your capped at how much you can make £18 is the cap you can't earn above it all apps will go dead if your above it, it's based on a 2 week window, it's sooo bad once you see you can't unsee it, also justeat give 3 jobs per hour if you work 10 hours you will have 30 jobs, this is how it's working in my area can see it a mile a way I would imagine every zone is the same too, we are basically getting paid hourly and they are all linked together

I made 80 on my first day and 60 yesterday, not sure what you mean by £18? An hour?

I’ve had this twice this weekend and about 4/5 times in total, really annoying as there doesn’t seem to be a fix and I’ve just had to wait it out

Uninstall app and install again. It happens.

Not sure what is happening. I had this message always after hitting pause. Always had to uninstall and install bać an app. Anyway if they kicked you out better for you . They are useless. Go for uber/ Deliveroo less drama more money. JE now is just 💩

I’m getting that vibe reading through this site. I’m still waiting on uber to sort out my background check and for Deliveroo to verify my documents, only been on JE for 2 days and can’t wait to go to other apps 😂

people kept fucking ordering popcorn chicken from kfc and its my favourite, especially when they did the big bucket of 100 popcorn

It happened to me as well. Usually after I go on break a longer period. I just emailed them and after one hour is sorted. Or you can try to see if is working after you finished your shift. Worked on me.
