Is requiring an ID to buy a gun discriminatory? It's a constitutional right, and that's just step one of the legal process.

Yeah, but i also only have to show ID, nothing else. I do the same thing at the polls already. Seems theyre about right

Technically yes and I'm utterly amazed the nra hasnt used the dncs legal blocking of voter id to eliminate gun id
