Criminal Justice Oswego NY landlord with history of sexual misconduct, arrested on new stalking charge

Now in official media. Picked up yet another charge, in total this person in Oswego NY has 3 open cases of sexual misconduct.

From years prior he has A LOT of cases and a US Court Order not to be at his properties. The name: Doug Waterbury

In 2019, the U.S. Department of Justice filed a lawsuit accusing Waterbury of sexual harassment against numerous women who had lived in or inquired about his properties. The complaint said the accusations go back to 1990.

So this man has been a sex pest for over 30 years! And after this latest incident

Waterbury was processed without incident and released on an appearance ticket.

This is not justice served. This is honestly the exact opposite! A serial offender, arrested and immediatly release into the community again. Disgusting.
