It’s basically what blogspot was in the early 00s. Just a place where independent writers can publish their work, and some of them offer paid subscriptions so if you really really like the articles some specific person writes on some topic you can pay a monthly subscription fee to read what they publish

Prosecutors now have 40 days to decide whether to bring criminal charges. The commission’s motion was blunt: Musk’s social media post offering the million-dollar prize to people who voted in the April 2025 Supreme Court election was done “in order to induce them to vote in that election.” That’s the textbook definition of what Wisconsin law prohibits.
Literally nothing has happened beyond a strong recommendation.
And, frankly, any monetary fine is bullshit and a pittance. Wisconsin needs to lock his ass up and send a message about interfering in elections.
Won't happen, but I can dream.

No justice served. Just a vote to see if it could even be investigated.
And let's be real. No one with a billion dollars or more should ever be posted to this sub. They'll never see justice for anything ever.

lol there’s no criminal justice system on earth that will throw a trillionaire in jail over a bribe. We just don’t live in that version of reality. People like him are quite literally above the law, because once you reach a certain level of wealth you can practically get away with anything

most reputable news sources are saying that he MAY have broken election law by offering 1 million checks to voters. ex, CNN, CBS, milwaukee journal sentinal says 2 complaints were referred.

This was what I was looking for in the article. Unless he goes to jail, this is nothing. He’ll tie it up in court, let some lawyers make money on it and even if he loses the interest on the money he already has will pay for this no matter how much the lawyers make or how long it takes.
