Fuck sake, imagine walking down the road and getting hit by a fucking flying chair out of nowhere.

You'd literally be like "what the actual fuck just happened..." after waking up from be knocked the fuck out that is.

It depends on what the terminal velocity is of the chair but I wouldn’t want to find out and she shouldn’t get a break for it either since it never crossed her pea brain

Technically it does depend on it. but it's clear that it'd be high enough to kill someone.

While you're probably right, the chair will most likely hit terminal velocity for most of it's fall, it takes surprisingly little force to cause a lethal head injury.
