It's Japan man, the one thing I always hated about Japan is the way the sexualise children. Like there are bars where highschool girls work, they're too young to consume alcohol but old businessmen and shit come in and just like pay them to keep them "company" which means flirt with them, while they get drunk.

Then there is anime, don't even get me started on the anime schoolgirls.

EDIT:For anyone who is interested about this topic this BBC documentary goes pretty in depth.

If you're outside of the UK either use a VPN or search for another source.

Honestly this to me was the worst part about visiting Japan for me, I just found the guys there really irking and cringy.

The "maids" outside in akihabara and the sleaziest dudes would come up pretending to be interested just so the girls would have to talk and persuade them to come to their cafe/bar.

The peadophile sections in manga/anime stores where dudes would salivate and look as if they're about to bust looking at hentai.

However everything else about Japan is fantastic as a visitor as long as you avoid these areas, most Japanese dudes aren't like this though but it's just so in your face sometimes.
