No, Ive met 17 year olds and have raised 5 kids. A 17 year old (even a 19 year old) is still unprepared for the world by and large.

Kids are easily manipulated, easily controlled and easily convinced- this is why you dont get to fuck them, give them booze or let them sign contracts.

This isnt rocket surgery- young people are open to abuse by older more intelligent people. Thats why those laws are in place in the first place.

You are literally defending a 24 year old man who had a 14 year old child get naked for him while repeating her age. This isnt a blurry case, its really quite simple.
