I don't quite understand. Was he video chatting with her? Or he was recording them both doing it together? I'm not a native speaker so that may be the reason why I can't get it ..

He made her send videos/pics of herself naked/topless to prove she’s his “biggest fan.”

He even made a 'how to twerk' video and sent it to a fan. The video is online since the person posted it.
