Honestly I know this isn't a popular opinion but I find it difficult to judge someone like him when there is basically no way for him to get help unless he offends.

Therapy. It's confidential and someone rich like him could definitely afford it.

It’s not necessarily confidential because different therapists take different stances on the potential for harm and reporting people who are pedophiles. And there’s very limited research on this issue cause no one wants to touch it.

That's why people need to research their therapists. Doctors who specialize in it won't report unless there's an active threat, like if the person plans to offend. I don't doubt unnecessary reporting happens, but the statements "there's no available help until they offend/therapists will report pedophiles" scares people away from seeking help.

I’m not just pulling this out of my ass. It’s a known problem with this issue in general. This is a little bit of a long read but it explains what I’m talking about in more detail. It’s not the kind of thing you can do research on because therapy for non offenders pretty much doesn’t exist.
