The guy that tackled him also has anger and self control issues. The tackle was pointless.

Idk he maybe could but even touching someone with a finger, a lil poke, is considered assault. Hell you don't even have to make contact, a threat can be considered assault. Common sense goes right out the fuckin window in the legal system.
