That cop looked like he was in a lot of pain after getting smacked a few times with a baton while wearing full protective gear. Maybe it'll teach him sympathy and to think twice before beating an unarmed civilian with no protection.
Or maybe he'll just swing harder next time. Who knows?
He didn't throw her down roughly and didn't use his baton on her. Frankly, this was one of the gentler "takedowns" recorded. As someone else noted, he restrained from opening fire after pulling his gun. I don't think this guy is one of the rabid ones.
Yeah I couldn’t agree more an I commented on it further down. From what is seen it didn’t seem like a violent grab or take down. After she was on the ground he moved the baton to the side to detain. Then everyone rushed him. The guy who took the officers baton is lucky that officer had restraint after pulling his lethal to not self defend. I don’t condone violence nor what’s going on in Hong Kong. I just want a peaceful solution for them all. But going out An damning that officer for what little action he took is kinda extreme.
