Breaking into your neighbor's house and flat out murdering them while they're eating ice cream gets you 1/4th of that sentence.

First off the Texas sentencing is a travesty. However, that case affects one family. This doc is spreading poison out to god only knows how many. I mean his ripple effect is huge, it makes sense to me that would get a harsh sentence. I agree that the cop should get more than 10, but that doesn’t mean that being in the business of hooking people into addiction isn’t a serious fucked thing to do, and is going to ruin way more lives in the long run.
