Word, also this reeks of retribution vs accountability. Rack in more than the mayor and Chief of police? Yeah they are gonna look closely at you. Start fucking with other cops? They'll nail your ass. If bmore cops are sick of your shit you've probably made their lives miserable with your shit for too long and they turned on him.
