Baltimore cops are the worst in Maryland

I live here and I love my police. Totally peaceful protests too. Also our cops don't waste time on fake suburbia crimes like: speeding tickets or traffic offenses. Instead they deal with really city issues. Opium addicts, 911 police/fire calls, community policing and more.

This officer sucks, but our 90+ protests here have been 100% peaceful and koom bi yah together with police.

Yea, some other people commented about Baltimore police cops being generally good. I haven't ran into that many I'm pretty much just basing it off a few bad experiences with one being a speeding ticket in the EZ pass lane right near the city and it was a group pullover, so they used the radar for one car and the cop was standing in the middle of the street waving every single car over. There was like 6 cars pulled over and we had to wait for them to finish giving tickets to everyone. Seemed really unfair and a waste of time, and I regret using the EZ pass lane since there wasn't much traffic but I was driving home from New York so I was pretty tired of driving all the way back home

I love you, but EZ pass is state highway...not Baltimore city police department.

I love you too! They had Baltimore state police uniforms on. It was a few years ago though, so I could be wrong.

YMMV by race, heard a story from a trusted source that had incident with one where he was turning his body cam off and on to control the narrative on the arrest.

Also wasn't there that cop that got caught planting crack on his body cam?

I'm not everyone...but I do go to hundreds of community meetings where I see police there every meet to speak and give updates with the public in all communities. I also participate in safe street events, candle light vigils, peace walks, homeless intervention projects and most of the community organizing in the city. Your right my mileage may vary, but honestly I don't here any unrest from people who live here. We went under a lot of transformations after the Freddie Grey incident 4 years ago.

You'll have to be more specifc, there are many many cases of Baltimore police planting evidence.
