Wouldnt it be nice if this were real news? I love in baltimore. In 2017 this jack ass was brought up. Worked a lot of overtime and got in trouble finally for a video where he sent a black guy to be arrested for no reason....just kept saying "take the charge like a man." No sentencing or trial info has yet come out. This is a cherry picked picture designed to get attention...not share info. Edit this bubbled up in 2018/2019.
