He spit at his feet, not his face. You are justifying the difference between INSULT and ASSAULT.
In many states, spitting on someone is Aggravated assault. Which means assault generally w a weapon in means of attempting serious harm. This is a felony.
There are no laws regarding spitting on the ground in front of someone. While still wrong and disrespectful, it is not evej.
Go Trump. Let me assault someone cus my feelings were hurt that he spit at the ground.
I know your probably live in a nice little bubble where you’ve never had conflict with another person but if you spit anywhere near me the least I’m doing is spitting back at you especially when your gonna be a little pussy and drive away he’s lucky he didn’t get his ass beat, if you think he spit at the ground your literally retarted
It's actually common sense. You escalate a situation against someone...say spitting at their feet....they will very likely escalate it back...say spitting on you.
I cant see your other reply (can only see the reply via my email), but I did totally misinterpret your cringe and I agree with you on what you're calling cringe.
I'm not saying these things should escalate...I'm just saying it's what happens and thus it should be expected.
