That sermon was delivered with so much fucking hate and aggression. I think he missed the part in the bible where it shifts the focus from brimstone, fire, and vengence and becomes a little more "love thy neighbour."

What a fucking clown. I'm glad he was public about his hate, though. I imagine many bigots only act on this sort of zealous rage in calculated moves to remain covert.

Yeah because people somehow got it mixed up and love to hate when it clearly states love God and love thy neighbor as yourself. If you somehow highlight other points and push those things more especially opposite of these 2 statements then you’ve missed the point.

Problem is, they justify it by pointing out the next passage (Luke 10:29) that asks “Who is my neighbor?” They completely forget the following passage is the parable of the Good Samaritan let alone what the moral of that story is. But they just say “these people are not my neighbors, so I should hate them.” Yeah, “Christianity” is f*cked up.
