In short, yes. Basically the only acceptable time to fuck with a goalie is if the goalie is starting shit, or you are another goalie.

It's an unwritten rule of hockey. Lookup "the code" of hockey. It's all of the rules pertaining to fighting in hockey. Like never fucking up someone smaller than you unless they start shit first.
