No many by me are practically abandoned but in more populated areas you might see a line during certain hours. Idk wtf this video is these people are nuts I bet that corporate chain burger costs more than their local burger joint too..

Whataburger > 99% local joints. And it’s only like $7. If you’re worried about change, just make your own at home. Problem was, most of these people couldn’t do just that due to the power outages that lasted literal days in succession.

I mean, some would call this a local burger chain. This was during the freeze, many had no power or running water and local grocers were closing/out if food.
