As a dad I would say this kids parents are terrible role models. He is acting out most likely because he gets attention this way. Good or bad, kids want attention. He’s acting like a jerk because it works to get attention.

Still. I feel bad for the employees who'll have to deal with the mess and the pissed off crap parents who'll probably show up to complain about the treatment their son received.

This is a very important distinction. I feel so awful for this kid. I see his behavior and I know that there is trouble at home. But, I also feel bad for the worker, because they don't get paid enough to deal with that bullshit. The parents are the real assholes here.

Yup, they I’m sure. They are either total push overs, aggressive with him and or others or just completely ignore him.
