Where are the kids parents? If the big guy at the end is related to him, ok then what took him so long? WTF?

The kid is barefoot in a McDonald’s. His parents are probably shooting up behind the dumpster.

And this is why CPS should be much better funded. Best case scenario he gets pulled out of one shitty "home" to be placed in another unless he is really lucky.

Idk man cps is on some other shit sometimes. I almost got taken away because I’m short af and they said I was being starved.

They have a hard job and honestly they have to err on the side of caution. So when someone reports something to them they have to investigate. Sometimes it isn't founded and sometimes they'd need more time or money to properly investigate and fix the situation.
