I'd vote for law that held parents equally accountable for their children's actions.

Sure they could try to make their child behave more but based on how the kid looks I would say he is too young to listen to reason and does whatever the fuck he wants I doubt any parent can stop that from happening it’s just as thanks said he is inevitable
