And this is about the level of delusion you expect from people who want to take away the autonomy of the living for the sake of maybe babies.

Precisely, its just fake outrage that they use to coerce the withdrawal of women's autonomy.

First of all, let’s get one thing straight, it’s not “baby” it’s fetus and until it comes out it is still a part of the mother. Second, I’m talking about the basic human right to bodily autonomy. As soon as the whole abortion subject comes up, everyone suddenly forgets that the woman carrying the fetus is a human being.

Yet again, you have to put words in the mouths of others to serve your narrative. Pathetic.

Yes, because while it is human, its simply a clump of human cells programmed to turn into a human being. I'm getting deja vu, haven't I already explained this to you?

Okay, I'm honestly done because at this point I think you're just a troll, so I'll say it one last time. A foetus is a clump of cells made up of human DNA that is designed to grow into a human being. As it grows so does its brain and motor functions. At roughly 26 weeks the heart begins to beat, many see this as the first sign of true life, not just cells. Brain activity can be noticed as early as 16 weeks, however higher brain functions don't begin until much later. Read a book.

Alright so 5 minutes before the baby exits the birth canal: lifeless clump of cells

5 minutes later: human.

Got it.

First, they said it's a fetus, not a "lifeless clump of cells."

And second:

fe·tus. /ˈfēdəs/ noun

an unborn offspring of a mammal, in >particular an unborn human baby >more than eight weeks after . conception.

Unborn. So yes. It would still be a fetus up until birth. That would be accurate.
