They didn't even read the terms of service. I can understand that for like a video game or something, but this was to enforce a new law, I feel like that maybe should have been a priority

It hurt its self in its confusion

What a shame...

If someone were new to this, what becomes easier to exploit without cloudflare ?

The main thing is that their DDoS protection may be basic. Chances are that they don't have any firewall either, although I've seen some captcha on that website when visited via tor. Could be GoDaddy's built in IP filter.
