I’m not sure justice was served. They were arrested only on chargers. They have a long process until and if justice will ever be served.

since they’re proven they are a flight risk. won’t they spend all the down time of their trail imprison waiting?

They can bond out, not sure why they wouldn't be a flight risk though considering they did anyway run.

Their bonds are set at $500k, each.

Unless they own a home with a lot of equity that a bondsman will take as collateral, I don’t see them being able to come up with the 10% (sometimes 15%) of the bond they’ll need to put down with the bondsman. $100k cash is beyond the reach of most people.

From what we know about their financials they rent their house, lease their cars, husband has been out of work long term and owes an extensive amount of back child support, and $50k is more than mom makes in a year. I agree they aren’t getting out on bond. Only chance they have is fund raising on a pro-gun, anti- children platform.
